Refunds & Exchanges

At Chara Culture, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, hair wraps and accessories are not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

  • Contact our customer care team at support@characulture.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and share the return address.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, we will gladly send you a replacement product of equal value (subject to availability).

If the replacement item costs more, the price difference will need to be settled before shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@characulture.com. We will cover the return shipping and ensure you receive the right item.
